Refund Policy

In short

Try everything on the Free plan first.
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you exported 10 or fewer videos with Creator.
One refund per customer. A refund ends your Creator access.
Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime so you're never charged again.

1. Try before you buy

The Free plan includes the 5 original modes, the seed finder and unlimited exports with the BallGoBounce watermark, so you can see exactly how BallGoBounce works on your computer before you pay.

2. Refunds on your first payment

You can get a full refund of your first Creator payment (1-month, 6-month or 12-month plan) if both of these are true:

you ask within 7 days of that payment, and
you exported 10 or fewer videos while on Creator.

To apply this rule fairly, during the first 7 days after your purchase each Creator export is counted by our license server before it starts. Counting stops after 7 days or after the 11th export, whichever comes first. Exports on the Free plan are never counted.

3. Other cases we refund

Duplicate or accidental purchases, reported within 7 days.
Technical problems we can't fix: for example, export doesn't work on your computer and our support can't solve it.

4. What isn't refunded

Renewal payments, and partial billing periods after you cancel.
Purchases after 7 days, or after more than 10 Creator exports, except as described in section 3.
A second refund for the same customer.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the link in your purchase email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your license key or order number. We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner, Creem, and your license key stops working.

7. Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or a refund that goes beyond this policy, we follow the law.

8. Who we are

BallGoBounce is operated by ALOISIO FORMENTO JUNIOR TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, CNPJ 62.585.774/0001-89, São Paulo, Brazil. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase.
